All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Elionyx Biolabs does not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any order once it has been dispatched, whether the vial is opened or unopened.

Research reagents require strict cold-chain handling and controlled storage conditions throughout their lifecycle. Once a product leaves our facility we cannot verify that those conditions have been maintained, and accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our supply chain.

When We Will Replace or Refund

We will issue a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances only:

• The product received does not match the lot number or specification on its certificate of analysis
• The product arrived damaged due to a packaging or carrier fault documented at the time of delivery
• The wrong product was dispatched due to a fulfilment error on our part

To raise a claim, email admin@elionyxbiolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the lot number printed on the vial label, and photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this window cannot be considered. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion.

Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or any clinical application. The research-only nature of these materials is a further reason returns cannot be accepted — we have no means of verifying how a returned product has been handled, stored, or used.

Shipping Address Errors

Elionyx Biolabs is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for address errors made by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order — once an order enters fulfilment it cannot be redirected.

Before placing an order please confirm:

• Your shipping address is correct and complete
• You have reviewed the product name, dosage, and lot-specific COA
• Your intended use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
