No. Nothing sold by Elionyx Biolabs has been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. These are research reagents, not drugs or supplements.

Purchases are limited to individuals aged 21 or older who are qualified researchers, licensed institutions, or entities legally authorised to purchase research materials. By placing an order you confirm you meet these requirements.

Yes. Account registration is required to access the catalogue and place orders. Registration takes under a minute and confirms your research capacity and age.

All catalogue materials are specified at ≥99% purity by HPLC. The exact measured figure for your specific lot is documented on its certificate of analysis, which ships with every order.

All testing is conducted by independent accredited third-party laboratories in the United States. We do not self-certify. Results are reported as measured, not adjusted.

Orders can be amended before they enter fulfilment, usually within two hours of placement. Once a shipment has been packed and handed to the carrier it cannot be modified or cancelled. Contact admin@elionyxbiolabs.com as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Yes. Volume pricing tiers are available on our Wholesale page. For quantities beyond catalogue tiers, recurring supply arrangements, or institutional accounts, email admin@elionyxbiolabs.com with your requirements and we will respond with a quote within one business day.

All materials are packed with appropriate cold packs and insulated packaging on every order. If your shipment arrives warm or with damaged packaging, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
