All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Elionyx Biolabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

5. Jurisdictional Compliance

Elionyx Biolabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order to ensure compliance with applicable law.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds except where a product is confirmed to have failed its certificate of analysis specification upon delivery. Claims must be submitted to admin@elionyxbiolabs.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Certificates of Analysis

A batch-specific COA documenting identity, purity, and test results is provided with every order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the COA prior to use. Elionyx Biolabs makes no representation beyond what is stated in the COA for the specific lot supplied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elionyx Biolabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Elionyx Biolabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of any product, however caused.
